Our normal shipping time is within 72 hours (this is when your order is processed, and does not include weekends).
Please be aware that you may receive separate packages on different days. Do not be alarmed if your order is not complete in one box!
Due to large volume during major gift giving holidays your delivery time may be delayed by a few days.
Remember, it is wise to order early to ensure you get your item(s) on time!
We will do everything in our power to ensure you receive your items in a timely manner, but remember that UPS can also run a bit behind during these peak times.
NOTE:
Alaska, Hawaii, overseas Military addresses and U.S. Territories will incur slightly higher shipping rates than the continental U.S. - add $7.50 to the shipping charge shown on your order. Note that items that show a delivered price are for continental US only. Normal shipping in accordance to the above chart will also apply.
Items noted as ‘oversized’ will be assessed additionall shipping charges.
Damaged Merchandise: If your item is damaged when you receive it, you must report the damaged item to us within 24 hours of getting your item. If you receive your item on a Friday, you must contact us by the end of business the following Monday. |

Return Authorization Policy
Return authorization is required from Hawk Mountain Sanctuary for any returned merchandise.
Items must be unused and in original packaging for refund. There will be a full 100% refund with no deductions if the error is ours.
Please note that all refunds will be issued less a 10% restocking fee and actual shipping charges.
All items must be returned within 30 days of the date we shipped the product to you. Absolutely no returns on used items. Absolutely no returns will be accepted past 30 days. Return freight is the customer's responsibility.
Holiday Ordering: Items ordered November 1st through December 15th for early holiday shopping, we allow 60 days to return or exchange an item. |
