Conflict of Interest Policy
Protecting our Donors and the Organization
The following is part of the Hawk Mountain Personnel Policies. All staff are required to read, sign and abide by this document, in order to protect the organization, our generous donors and the staff. All members of the Board of Directors also are required to sign a one-page Conflict of Interest statement.
Conflict of Interest Policy
A conflict of interest occurs when the interests of an employee actually or potentially affect the Association in negative way. Employees may have outside business interests/employment so long as these do not interfere with job performance.
Employees may not earn profit from outside business interests/employment which directly results from affiliation with Hawk Mountain.
