Get away from the office and have your next Executive Retreat or Board Meeting at Hawk Mountain. Groups of 25 or less can gather at our historic and fully accessible Education Building, and Hawk Mountain staff will help you plan your meals with suggested outside caterers and for you to consider an outdoor activity (extra fee applies based on time and program). If you can't squeeze in a guided hike, perhaps a live raptor program? Either way, your visit to Hawk Mountain will be a memorable one.

Details

  • $400 building rental includes private live raptor program or guided hike to lookout and free trail passes for all participants
  • Team building program or guided hike is optional and extra fee based on staff time required and the program type. Mutually beneficial decision made between group leader and Director of Education Jamie Dawson.  
  • Call well in advance. Retreats are scheduled around other programming and building and educator availability.
  • Optional $50 coffee/breakfast setup fee plus the exact cost of breakfast foods you select (you pick, we'll set up).
  • Supply your own lunch or we can provide suggestions on local catering. Paid separately.
  • All proceeds from your corporate retreat support Hawk Mountain education programs.
  • Retreat costs will be billed by invoice on day of retreat and should be paid within 30 days.
